Take a saucepan, add butter and melt it on low heat, then add flour and mix properly.
Step 2
Cook this butter and flour mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Now add red robin beer and stir, then add dry mustard powder and keep stirring and cooking for 1 minute.
