Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Red Robin Beer (you can also use your favorite one)
  • 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 3 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
  • 4 Cup Whole milk
  • 4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan, add butter and melt it on low heat, then add flour and mix properly.
  • Cook this butter and flour mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Now add red robin beer and stir, then add dry mustard powder and keep stirring and cooking for 1 minute.
  • Then add cheese and melt it, after melting cheese add milk and cook more. Cook this mixture for 10 to 12 minutes until become more cheesy and thick.
  • Serve hot in bowl immediately.
