Ingredients For Mango Pomelo Sago Recipe

  • Ripe Mango Peeled = 8 ounce / 1 or 2 mangos (cut into large chunks)
  • Sago Pearls = 1/2 Cup
  • Coconut Milk = 1/2 Cup
  • Pomelo pulp = 1 Cup (can also use grapefruit pulp)
  • Sugar = 1/4 Cup
  • Ice Cubes = 2 Cup

How To Make Mango Pomelo Sago (Recipe Instructions)

Step 1

In a pan add 3 cups of water and boil Sago pearls on medium heat, stir occasionally and let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until transparent. (You can also boil according to sago pearls package instructions)

Once the sago pearls are cook and transparent, drain them and rinse them immediately under running cold water.

Step 3

Mango Pulps Cutting

Now take a blender and add mango, coconut milk and sugar blend these all things for 1 minute and now adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if required. Add ice cubes and blend more until smooth.

Step 4

Make layers of mango mixture, pomelo pulps and cooked sago pearls into serving glasses.
