Mango Pomelo Sago

Mango Pomelo Sago Pudding is a fruity and refreshing dessert with rich flavor of mango, pomelo, coconut and chewy touch of sago pearls. Ingredients
  

  • 8 Oz Ripe Mango Peeled 1 or 2 mangos (cut into large chunks)
  • 1/2 Cup Sago Pearls 
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Pomelo pulp (can also use grapefruit pulp)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar 
  • 2 Cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add 3 cups of water and boil Sago pearls on medium heat, stir occasionally and let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until transparent. (You can also boil according to sago pearls package instructions)
  • Once the sago pearls are cook and transparent, drain them and rinse them immediately under running cold water.
  • Now take a blender and add mango, coconut milk and sugar blend these all things for 1 minute and now adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if required. Add ice cubes and blend more until smooth.
  • Make layers of mango mixture, pomelo pulps and cooked sago pearls into serving glasses.
  • I personally like to add pomelo/grapefruit first in glass then sago pearls and mango smoothie on the top. You can also add some mango pulps and pomelo pulps for garnish. Enjoy & serve refreshing Mango Pomelo Sago chilled.
