Ingredients For Unagi Sushi Recipe
- Cooked Sushi Rice = 1 Cup
- BBQ Grilled Unagi (eel) = 8 Ounce (1 Packet)
- Powdered Sugar = 1/2 tbsp
- Salt = 1/4 tsp
- Unagi Sauce = 2 tablespoon
- Strips of Nori Seaweed
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions For Unagi Sushi (Eel Sushi Recipe)
Step 1
Cut cooked & grilled unagi into equal pieces in 1 inch size.
Step 2
Take cooked rice in a bowl and add sugar, salt and rice vinegar mix until sugar dissolved properly in rice.
Step 3
With wet hands make oblong shape pieces of sushi rice, 15g each.
Step 4
Now place a piece of grilled unagi on top of shaped season rice and brush the top of eel piece with unagi sushi sauce.
Step 5
Wrap the combination of eel and season rice piece with nori around the middle.
Step 6
Your Unagi Sushi is ready, before serving garnish some toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with soya sauce and ginger.

Ingredients

- 1/2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unagi Sauce
- Strips of Nori Seaweed
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
