  • Yellow mustard  = 2tbsp
  • Mayonnaise = 2 Cups
  • Sweet onion = 1/2 Cup (diced)
  • Sweet pickle relish = 1 Cup (refrigerated)
  • Hard-boiled eggs = 4 (peeled and chopped)
  • Apple cider vinegar = 1 tbsp
  • Celery seeds = 1 tbsp
  • Fresh chopped dill = 1 tbsp
  • Paprika = 1/2 tsp
  • Celery stalks = 3 (diced)
  • Salt and pepper = as per taste

Mary Berry Potato Salad Recipe (Step-By-Step)

Step 1

Cut potatoes in quarters and boil in water with 1 tbsp salt for 14 to 15 minutes or until tender. Remove skin from boiled potatoes.

Step 2

Take a medium bowl and mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, celery seeds, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir properly and make a creamy mixture.
