Ingredients for the Cake

  • Eggs = 3 (large size)
  • Buttermilk = 1 Cups
  • Baking Powder = 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Essence = 1 tsp
  • Sugar = 1.5 Cup
  • Banking Soda = 1/2 tsp
  • Butter = 1 Cup (Unsalted)
  • Himalayan Salt = 1/4 tsp
  • Cake Flour = 2.25 Cups


Ingredients for the Glaze

  • Sugar = 1/2 Cup
  • Butter = 1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla Extract = 1 tbsp
  • Water = 1/4 Cup

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 177ºC (350°F), Take a bundt pan and grease it with oil for further use.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add butter and sugar mix them with beater or hand mixer until creamy and fluffy. In another bowl combine cake flour, baking soda, baking powder buttermilk and salt, mix all things properly .

Step 3

Combine both cake flour mixture and butter mixture, add the eggs one by one and mix each egg properly. You cake mixture is ready.

Step 4

Pour the cake mixture into greased bundt pan and bake for 35 to 410 minutes. Insert a toothpick in center to pull out cake from pan.

Step 5 (Glaze Making)

For making glaze mix butter and sugar in a pan over medium heat, until butter is melted. stirring constantly  about 3 minutes to bring a low boil.

Step 6

After removing from stove, stir in water and vanilla. Your glaze is ready to drizzle over cake.
Make sure before serving the cake is completely cool after drizzle, gives 10 to 15 minutes to cool it.

Pro Tip: Use unsalted butter to control salt flavor in your recipe.
