Ingredients for the Cake
- 3 Pcs Eggs
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Essence
- 1.5 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Banking Soda
- 1 Cup Butter (Unsalted)
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 2.25 Cup Cake Flour
Ingredients for the Glaze
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Water
Preheat your oven to 177ºC (350°F), Take a bundt pan and grease it with oil for further use.
Take a bowl and add butter and sugar mix them with beater or hand mixer until creamy and fluffy. In another bowl combine cake flour, baking soda, baking powder buttermilk and salt, mix all things properly .
Combine cake flour mixture and butter mixture, add the eggs one by one and mix each egg properly. You cake mixture is ready.
Pour the cake mixture into greased bundt pan and bake for 35 to 410 minutes. Insert a toothpick in center to pull out cake from pan.
For making glaze mix butter and sugar in a pan over medium heat, until butter is melted. stirring constantly about 3 minutes to bring a low boil.
After removing from stove, stir in water and vanilla. Your glaze is ready to drizzle over cake.Make sure before serving the cake is completely cool after drizzle, gives 10 to 15 minutes to cool it.
Pro Tip: Use unsalted butter to control salt flavor in your recipe.
