Ingredients For Keto Cauliflower Bake With Cheese
- Bacon = 7 Ounce
- Cauliflower = 1 large size head
- Cheddar Cheese = 1 cup (shredded)
- Italian Herb Mix = 1 tbsp
- Sour Cream = 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese = 2 cups (shredded)
- Onion = 1/2
- Garlic Powder = 2 tsp
How To Make Keto Cauliflower Bake With Cheese (Step by Step Instructions)
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 355F or 180C
Step 2
Cut and break cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Take a medium-sized saucepan and add water and cauliflower, boil cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain well, quickly run under cold water.
Step 4
In a baking dish add boiled cauliflower, then add sour cream and half mozzarella cheese, and mix properly.
Step 5
Cut the bacon into small strips and add on the top cauliflower creamy mixture with onion, Italian herb mix, and garlic powder.
Step 6
Top with reaming shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and golden.
