Chicken Marinade & Fry
- Skinless Chicken Breasts = 1 Pound (boneless)
- Coconut oil = 1/4 Cup
- Eggs = 2 Large Size
- Cornstarch = 1/4 Cup
Coconut Chicken Sauce
- Coconut milk = 1 Can
- Sugar = 1/4 Cup
- Rice vinegar = 1 tbsp
- Fresh ginger = 1 tsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
- Lemon = 1
How To Make Chinese Coconut Chicken (Step By Step)
Step 1
Take a medium size bowl add Cornstarch and eggs whisk properly. Cut boneless chicken breasts into small pieces and add in bowl for marinate, take aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Take a large skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil to fry marinated chicken pieces. Fry chicken pieces for 5 to 8 minutes in coconut oil until tender and golden brown. Transfer fried chicken pieces to a plate with a paper towel.
Step3
To make coconut sauce, take a saucepan and add coconut milk, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, sugar salt, and lime juice. Cook this sauce mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add fried chicken pieces in coconut milk sauce and stir to mix and garnish with some unsweet coconut flakes but it’s optional, Serve with steamed white rice.
