- Avocado = 1 Large (ripened)
- Parmesan Cheese = 3/4 Cup (powdered)
- White Pepper = 1/3 tsp (ground)
- Garlic Powder = 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice = 1 tsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
How To Make Keto Avocado Chips (Step-by-Step Recipe)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 355F/180C temperature.
Step 2
Cut the avocado into small pieces and mash it.
Step 3
Take a medium-sized bowl and add Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Salt, and White pepper. Mix all ingredients properly.
Step 4
Now add mashed avocado and mix again until no lumps of avocado remain.
Step 5
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, take 2 tbsp of avocado mashed mixture press to make a thin circle (like round chips) on the cookie sheet. Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture. You will get 25 to 30 chips.
Step 6
Bake your avocado chips for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and leave to crisp up for at least 5 minutes.
