Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Avocado  (ripened)
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (powdered)
  • 1/3 tsp White Pepper  (ground)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 355F/180C temperature.
  • Cut the avocado into small pieces and mash it.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl and add Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Salt, and White pepper. Mix all ingredients properly.
  • Now add mashed avocado and mix again until no lumps of avocado remain.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, take 2 tbsp of avocado mashed mixture press to make a thin circle (like round chips) on the cookie sheet. Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture. You will get 25 to 30 chips.
  • Bake your avocado chips for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to crisp up for at least 5 minutes.
    Serve and enjoy with your favorite dip sauce.
