Ingredients
  

  • 7 Oz Bacon
  • 1 Cauliflower large size head
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Italian Herb Mix 
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese  (shredded)
  • 1/2 Onion Medium Size
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 355F or 180C
  • Cut and break cauliflower into small florets.
  • Take a medium-sized saucepan and add water and cauliflower, boil cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain well, quickly run under cold water.
  • In a baking dish add boiled cauliflower, then add sour cream and half mozzarella cheese, and mix properly. 
  • Cut the bacon into small strips and add on the top cauliflower creamy mixture with onion, Italian herb mix, and garlic powder.
  • Top with reaming shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and golden.
  • After removing from the oven, serve hot for the best food experience.
