- Broccoli = 4 Cups (finely chopped)
- Butter = 1 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese = 3 1/2 Cups
- Chicken broth = 3 Cups
- Heavy cream = 1 ½ Cups
- Onion = 1/2 Large Size chopped
- Garlic minced = 2 Cloves
- Pepper = 1 tsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
- Smoked paprika = 1/2 tsp
Instructions For Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup Recipe
Step 1
Take a pot and melt butter on medium heat, add onion in melted hot butter and fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until light brown.
Step 2
Add chopped broccoli, chicken broth and heavy cream, pepper, smoked paprika and salt and boil the mixture. Once it boiling reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until tender broccoli.
Step 3
