Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Broccoli (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Butter 
  • 3 1/2 Cups Cheddar cheese 
  • 3 Cups Chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy cream
  • 1/2 Onion (Copped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Take a pot and melt butter on medium heat, add onion in melted hot butter and fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until light brown.
  • Add chopped broccoli, chicken broth and heavy cream, pepper, smoked paprika and salt and boil the mixture. Once it boiling reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until tender broccoli.
  • Now add cheddar cheese slowly slowly and combined properly. Remove from stove and serve it with chopped parsley and extra shredded cheese on top. Enjoy your Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup.
