- Salted Butter = 1/3 Cup
- Tomato Puree = 12 Oz (contains only tomatoes and salt)
- Cumin = 3 tsp (ground)
- Coriander = 2 tsp (ground)
- Onion Powder = 2 tsp
- Dried Oregano = 2 tsp
- Cayenne = 1/4 tsp ground
- Erythritol = 1 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper = 1/2 tsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
How To Make Keto Enchilada Sauce – Low-Carb
Step 1
Take a saucepan over medium heat and place the butter.
Step 2
Melt the butter and add Cumin, Dried Oregano, Coriander, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Erythritol, Salt, and Pepper. Saute for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
Now add Tomato Puree and combine properly, cook and simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant. You can adjust the thickness by adding a little water. Adjust spices for your taste.
