- 1/3 Cup Salted Butter
- 12 Oz Tomato Puree (contains only tomatoes and salt)
- 3 tsp Cumin (ground)
- 2 tsp Coriander (ground)
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne (ground)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Take a saucepan over medium heat and place the butter.
Melt the butter and add Cumin, Dried Oregano, Coriander, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Erythritol, Salt, and Pepper. Saute for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Now add Tomato Puree and combine properly, cook and simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant. You can adjust the thickness by adding a little water. Adjust spices for your taste.
Turn off the stove and let the sauce cool down to room temperature, transfer it to the jar, and store it in the fridge.
Note: You can store this sauce in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
