  • Costco Healthy Noodles = 8 ounce
  • Tofu = 6 ounce
  • Palms Sugar Or Brown Sugar = 3 tbsp
  • Tamarind Concentrate = 2 tbsp
  • Small Julienne-cut Carrot = 1 
  • Small Purple Onion = 1/2 (Sliced)
  • Dark Soy Sauce = 1 tbsp
  • Chili Flakes = 1/2 tbsp
  • Small Green Chilies = 1 (Sliced)
  • Garlic = 2 Cloves (Chopped)
  • Olive Oil = 1 tbsp
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Spring Onions (For Garnish)
  • Cilantro (For Garnish)

Instructions For Costco Healthy Noodles Recipe

Step 1
Cut Tofu in small square pieces, fry them until golden brown. Add preferred sauce for flavor.

Step 2
For making sauce combine tamarind concentrate, palm sugar, dark soy sauce and chili flakes. Mix all things properly until dissolve pam sugar.

Step 3
Now we will make vegetable Sauté, take a pan and heat olive oil add green chilies, carrots, garlic and onions fry all vegetables until tender.

Step 4
Combine tofu and vegetable sauté and add some sauce as desired.

Step 5
Take out noodles from pack and drain excess water and add noodles into ready mixture of tofu and vegetables. Blend gently and add more sauce.

Final Step
Add a pinch of salt, some spring onions and cilantro for extra flavor.
