Cut Tofu in small square pieces, fry them until golden brown. Add preferred sauce for flavor.
For making sauce combine tamarind concentrate, palm sugar, dark soy sauce and chili flakes. Mix all things properly until dissolve pam sugar.
Now we will make vegetable Sauté, take a pan and heat olive oil add green chilies, carrots, garlic and onions fry all vegetables until tender.
Combine tofu and vegetable sauté and add some sauce as desired.
Take out noodles from pack and drain excess water and add noodles into ready mixture of tofu and vegetables. Blend gently and add more sauce.
