Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ounce Costco Healthy Noodles
  • 6 Ounce Tofu 
  • 3 tbsp Palms Sugar Or Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Concentrate
  • 1 Small Julienne-cut Carrot
  • 1/2 Small Purple Onion - Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 Small Green Chilies (Sliced)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic  (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Spring Onions (For Garnish)
  • Cilantro (For Garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cut Tofu in small square pieces, fry them until golden brown. Add preferred sauce for flavor.
  • For making sauce combine tamarind concentrate, palm sugar, dark soy sauce and chili flakes. Mix all things properly until dissolve pam sugar.
  • Now we will make vegetable Sauté, take a pan and heat olive oil add green chilies, carrots, garlic and onions fry all vegetables until tender.
  • Combine tofu and vegetable sauté and add some sauce as desired.
  • Take out noodles from pack and drain excess water and add noodles into ready mixture of tofu and vegetables. Blend gently and add more sauce.
