  • Cheddar Cheese = 2 Cups (Grated)
  • Bacon Slices = 6 Pcs (or chicken slices)
  • Frozen French Fries = 4 Cup (Steak Style)
  • Salt = 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic Powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Onion Powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil = For Frying

How To Make Texas Roadhouse Steak Fries

Step-by-step recipe instructions.

Step 1

Take a frypan with vegetable oil on high heat or use a fryer with 350-375°F.

Step 2

Then, fry your bacon slices or chicken slices until it’s tender and crispy then cut them into small pieces.

Now fry your frozen fries in hot vegetable oil for 4 to 6 minutes until they’re golden and crispy. After frying your fries place them on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

Take a bowl and add cooked bacon pieces, add grated cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and mix these all ingredients properly.

On a baking sheet add your fried fries and cover them with cheese and bacon mixture.
