  • Heavy Cream = 2 Cups (chilled)
  • Erythritol = 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence = 1 teaspoon

Take a large bowl and add 2 Cups Heavy Cream, (Make sure only use chilled heavy cream).

Step 2

Add 2 tsp of Erythritol to the bowl and using hand beater mix them properly. Whip for 2 minutes.

Step 3

After that add vanilla essence and continue to whip until the cream forms soft peaks. Do not whip more at this point otherwise you will get butter from it.

Step 4

Transfer your keto whipped cream to another bowl for server or you can store it in airtight container for up to 4 days in refrigerator.
