- 2 Cups Heavy Cream Chilled
- 2 teaspoon Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Take a large bowl and add 2 Cups Heavy Cream, (Make sure only use chilled heavy cream).
Add 2 tsp of Erythritol to the bowl and using hand beater mix them properly. Whip for 2 minutes.
