- Broccoli = 1lb (cut into florets)
- Chicken meat shredded = 1 (roasted)
- Cheddar cheese shredded = 1 Cup
- Cream cheese = 8 Oz
- Heavy cream = 3/4 Cup
- Garlic powder = 1tsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
- Dijon mustard = 1 tbsp
- Fresh basil chopped = 1/4 Cup
- Pepper ground = 1/4 tsp
How To Make Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Recipe Instructions (step-by-step)
Step 1
Preheat your baking oven to 380F/200C
Step 2
Take a saucepan with water on high heat, and boil the broccoli florets for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain boiled broccoli and add to a bowl.
Add shredded chicken to broccoli bowl and take aside.
Step 3
Place another saucepan on low heat and add heavy cream, dijon mustard, cream cheese, almond milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine all ingredients and make a smooth sauce, cook this sauce mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and whisk the mixture to make it more smooth.

Take a baking dish and add shredded chicken and broccoli mixture, Pour the sauce mixture, add basil, and mix properly now top with shredded cheddar cheese.
