Ingredients for Chicos Tacos Recipe

  • Frozen beef taquitos = 1 lb (fry until crisp in oil 2-3 minutes)
  • Finely shredded cheese = Large bag
  • Whole tomatoes = 1 Can Large
  • Jalapenos  = 4-5 (I leave seeds, cut off stems)
  • Chicken bouillon = 2 cubes
  • Tomato base bouillon = 2 cubes
  • Water = 1 Gallon
  • Salt to taste

Step By Step Interactions

Step 1
Take a pot and add jalapenos, garlic cloves, tomato base bouillon, chicken bouillon, whole tomatoes, salt and water, boil these all things at least for 20 minutes. Mix and boil all things properly.

Step 2
Deep fry beef taquitos  in oil on 350°F (175°C)  in batches for 4 to 5 minutes each batch, until they are crispy and golden. Now remove taquitos from the oil and place them on paper towel  to dry.

Step 3
Now shift crispy and golden beef taquitos in a server dish and pour warm tomato jalapeno sauce over them, make sure all taquitos are covered. Now add shredded cheese over taquitos, cheese will be melt with heat of sauce and taquitos.

Step 4
Your original and classic Mexcian Chicos Tacos is ready to serve.  You can add some extra green jalapeno a side.
