- 1 lb Frozen beef taquitos
- 1 Bag Finely shredded cheese
- 1 can Whole tomatoes ( Large can)
- 4-5 Jalapenos (I leave seeds, cut off stems)
- 2 Cubes Chicken bouillon
- 2 Cubes Tomato base bouillon
- 1 Gallon Water
- Salt to taste
Take a pot and add jalapenos, garlic cloves, tomato base bouillon, chicken bouillon, whole tomatoes, salt and water, boil these all things at least for 20 minutes. Mix and boil all things properly.
Deep fry beef taquitos in oil on 350°F (175°C) in batches for 4 to 5 minutes each batch, until they are crispy and golden. Now remove taquitos from the oil and place them on paper towel to dry.
Now shift crispy and golden beef taquitos in a server dish and pour warm tomato jalapeno sauce over them, make sure all taquitos are covered. Now add shredded cheese over taquitos, cheese will be melt with heat of sauce and taquitos.
Your original and classic Mexcian Chicos Tacos is ready to serve. You can add some extra green jalapeno a side.
