- Angus sirloin steak = 1 pound thinly sliced
- Onion Yellow = 1 diced
- Red bell pepper = 1 diced
- Garlic minced = 3 cloves
- Soy sauce = 2 tablespoon (low-sodium)
- Oyster sauce = 1 tablespoon
- Grated ginger = 1 teaspoon
- Beef stock = 1/2 Cup
- Black pepper = 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Green beans = 2 Cups (cut into bite size pieces)
- Mushrooms sliced = 8 ounce
- Chinese cooking wine = 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar = 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch = 2 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil = 2 tablespoon
Instructions For Black Pepper Angus Steak Panda Express
Step 1
Take a large work and heat the vegetable oil add beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until beef turn brown but make sure it remain pink from inside. Transfer only beef to a plate.
Step 2
Now add onions, garlic and ginger cook this mixture for 2 min and add green beans, peppers, and mushrooms and cook more for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
Take a bowl and whisk combination of soy sauce, chinese cooking wine, cornstarch, oyster sauce, cornstarch and beef stock. add sauce mixture in vegetable mixture and cook (stirring continuously) until sauce become more thick.
Step 4
Add cooked beef and black pepper in final thick mixture of sauces and vegetables cook until heated through.
