Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Milk 
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 2 Yolks Eggs yolks
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1-2 Drops Fruit Color

Instructions
 

  • Take a big sauce pan and add milk to simmer. In another bowl add cornstarch, salt, vanilla extract and sugar mix these all thing with whisker.
  • Now add warm milk in this mixture and add few drops of food color.
  • Combine these two mixtures properly using whisker, Add this combine mixture in pan again and return the pan to the stove. Now cook custard mixture on low heat and whisk it with wooden spatula.
  • Add now two eggs’ yolk in custard mixture one by one and keep stir gently to make custard thick. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes and make sure it’s become think and smooth.
  • Your Tubby Custard is ready to serve, You can serve it with some fruit pieces and also decorate it with some nuts if you like. Tubby Custard can be serve cold and warm, its your choice.
