Chili’s Street Corn recipe is really very simple and easy to make, you need some basic ingredients to ready it at home. This is very delicious corn’s dish and a combination of corns, sour cream, mayonnaise, chili powder, lime juice and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Pcs Ears Corn Medium Size & Fresh
  • 3 tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 2.5 tbsp Sour Cream 
  • 2.5 tbsp Cotija Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 2.5 tsp Fresh lime Juice 2 Medium size lemons
  • 3/4 tsp Chili Powder 
  • Salt and Black pepper powder as per your taste ( Also can add garlic powder & paprika powder)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 435°F
  • Take a baking dish and place your corns, polish them with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and chili powder. Now roast your corns in oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked well.
  • In a medium bowl add mayonnaise, cotija cheese, sour cream and lime juice, mix these all things properly.
  • After roasting corns polish each ear with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle some chili powder, Broil in oven for additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Your Chili’s Street Corn is ready, before serving garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy it
    Note:  You can enhance & customize flavor of Chili’s Street Corn with adding garlic powder and paprika powder, Yes its optional.
