Tempura Cheesecake Recipe

For original Tempura Cheesecake you need cornstarch, egg, milk powder, baking soda, kosher salt and for topping strawberry glaze, chocolate or caramel sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices  Cheesecake Packed
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 Cup Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pcs Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Cold Soda Water
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil 
  • 1 Pack Panko Breadcrumbs 
  • Ice Cream As per requirement (Optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate or Caramel Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place your cheese cake in the freeze for 5 minutes to make it hard than open packed cheesecake slices and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Take a medium size bowl for tempura mix, add wheat flour, corn starch, rice flour, salt and baking powder mix it with beater for 1 minute than add cold soda water and egg and make it lumpy with beater it will take around 2 minutes.
  • Just drop a tiny bite of tempura batter into pot for oil temperature testing, You can also use cooking temperature tester.
  • If you found oil temperature is right, dip the cheesecake pieces into batter mixture and then dip in pank breadcrumbs and fry in oil for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • After frying tempura cheesecake add some chocolate or caramel sauce and placed into freezer for at least 30 minutes.You can serve your ready tempura cheesecake with ice cream and enjoy..
