- 1 Oz Sushi Grade Salmon
- 2 Sticks Imitation Crab Meat
- 1 Sheet Sheet Nori
- 2 tbsp Spicy Mayo
- 1/4 Sliced Cucumber Small Size (Match Sticks)
- 1/4 Sliced Avocado Small Size
Take sushi rice in a bowl, fluff it, and set aside.
Place a sheet of nori, add sushi rice, and evenly disperse, reserving half an inch from the top.
Add imitation crab meat, avocado, cucumber, and spicy mayo, roll up the sushi tightly, and add sushi-grade salmon (sliced) on top.
