  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour 
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/4 Cup Whole or 2% milk
  • 4 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a large skillet on medium heat and add butter to melt it.
  • Sprinkle flour while whisking, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the paste begins to brown.
  • Add milk, whisk, and cook continuously for 2 minutes make it thick.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and shift in a sauce jar.
