  • 6 tbsp Butter  softened
  • 3 Cups Almond flour finely ground
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum 
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs  Large Size
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 

Ingredients For Keto Gravy

  • 2 tbsp Butter 
  • 1 Pound Breakfast sausage  ground
  • 1/2 Cup Whipping cream heavy
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken broth 
  • 2 Oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum

How To Make Keto Biscuits

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F temperature.
  • Take a large bowl and add butter and eggs, whisk them properly, and then add all dry ingredients, whisk this mixture fully combined until becomes a smooth dough.
  • Divide dough into 10 and give biscuit shape as you like, you can also use biscuit shape cutter.
  • Place your biscuit on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until fully baked.
  • Remove from the oven and cool them to room temperature.

How To Make Breakfast Sausage Gravy

  • Take a frying pan over medium heat add sausage and cook until no pink remains.
  • Add butter and cream cheese, stir, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until cream cheese is fully melted.
  • Add chicken broth and heavy cream stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes, add xanthan gum and black pepper and cook more for 1 to 2 minutes or until low boil.
  • Turn off the stove and continue to stir until xanthan gum becomes more thick.For the best food experience serve immediately over ready biscuits.
