Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Sprouted wheat Panocha flour
  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 Cups Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter to oil the pan
  • 4 Cups Boiling water 

Instructions
 

  • Take a large saucepan add water and brown sugar, and melt sugar in water on medium heat. While stirring continuously bring the mixture to a high boil. Make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Now add both flours gradually to the mixture and don’t stop stirring to prevent burning and lumps.
  • Preheat your oven to 150C.
  • Take a baking sheet and grease it with butter, place your ready mixture on the baking sheet evenly.
  • Bake it low and slow for 2.5 to 3 hours, once it’s cooked properly remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
  • Cut in small pieces and serve with tea or coffee.
