Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken Can be use Ground Beef / Ground pork lean 
  • 1/2 Large Onion chopped 
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger minced
  • 4 Cup Coleslaw mix
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium size pan over medium heat and add sesame oil, then add onions and garlic stir fry for 1 minute and add ginger fry more for 1 to 2 minutes until light brown and fragrant.
  • Now add ground chicken (can also use beef or pork) stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until cook properly, then add coleslaw and mix well, keep stirring and cooking and add chili sauce and soy sauce and combine everything properly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and cook this mixture for additional 5 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.
  • Turn off your stove and remove from the pan, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving in bowls.
