Ingredients
  

  • 16 Chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
  • 250 grams Pancetta (sliced into strips)
  • 1 1/2 Bottle Dry Elysian Riesling 500ml
  • 2 Cups Cream 
  • 4 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Onion (diced)
  • 500 grams Sliced mushrooms
  • Pepper and salt to taste as

Instructions
 

  • First preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F
  • Take a large fry-pan on medium heat and add Olive oil and Butter, after butter melted add Garlic and Pancetta cook them light brown.
  • Now add Mushrooms and Onions and cook more for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Place Chicken thighs into pan and add Dry Elysian Riesling bring to boil. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat until chicken cooked and tender.
  • Now add cream and simmer this mixture more for 5 minutes, stir when required add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take a baking dish and place all chicken thighs and pour sauce from pan. Bake these chicken thighs with topping with sauce for 15 to 20 minutes until become golden brown.
