Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground chicken
  • 2 /12 Cups Cabbage and carrots  (shredded coleslaw mix)
  • 20 Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 large Egg beaten 
  • 3 Green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic  minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 2 tsp Sugar 
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take a large wok over medium heat add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, ground chicken, garlic and ginger and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Now add carrot and cabbage mix, sugar, sesame oil, green onion, salt and Chinese fine spice, cook and stir until mixture of vegetable are tender.
  • Now add 2 tbsp mixture on each egg roll wrapper and close edges of wrappers with beaten egg. Make sure each roll fill and tight properly, now chicken egg rolls are ready to fry.
  • Preheat fryer to 375 degrees F with 2 inches of oil, fry your ready chicken egg rolls in the hot oil until golden brown and then place on a paper towel lined plate for draining excess oil.
