- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (Low Carb)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/3 Cup Erythritol
Take a normal size pan over stove with medium heat and add Butter, Heavy Whipping Cream, Vanilla Extract and Erthritol and mix them properly. Stir this mixture for 15 minutes until thick and light browned.
Remove from stove and cool it about 10 minutes and add Chocolate Chips. Once chocolate chips melted transfer this mixture into lined loaf pan.
Top with Chopped Pecans and place your chocolate fudge mixture in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.Cut it in your required shape before serving. Enjoy!
