Ingredients
  

  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Salsa 
  • 1 Slice Avocado 
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Paprika 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cumin 
  • 1/2 Cup Water 

Instructions
 

  • Add your beef or chicken in a food processor and make itgrind and season, marinate your meat with spices.
  • In a large fry-pan add and heat vegetable oil (2-3tbsp) on medium heat, when its start sizzling add your processed beef or chicken. Cook it while stir constantly.  Remove from stove when cooked properly.
  • Preheat the vegetable oil (remaining) on medium heat and make your Crispitos with cooked meat and flour tortillas, fill Crispitos properly and seal their edges carefully. Fry Crispitos until they become crispy and golden.
  • Place fried Crispitos in a plate with paper towel for absorbing reaming oil.
  • Now add topping salsa, sour cream, sliced avocados and shredded cheese and your Yummy Crispitos ready to serve.
  • You can also add some jalapenos, onions to spice it up.
