Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Beef flank steak thinly
  • 1/2 Cup Cornstarch 
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup 
  • 1 Egg - beaten
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar 
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl and add beef, egg and salt mix properly. Cover it and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes for marinating.
  • In deep-pot heat vegetable oil to 350F over medium heat. coat marinated beef slices with cornstarch and fry them in batches until tender and golden brown. Use paper towel to drain excess oil while transfer in plate.
  • Take a wok and heat vegetable oil add onions, pepper garlic and cook them for 2 minutes.
  • In another bowl whisk together ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch and water. Stir sauce mixture until it’s become thick.
  • Combine all cooked vegetables, sauce mixture and fried beef and serve immediately. Enjoy Beijing Beef, taste will be like original Panda Express Beijing Beef.
