Ingredients
  

  • 6 Pcs Salmon fillets 5 Oz each
  • 1-1/4  Cup Lemon juice
  • 3/4 Cup Butter 
  • 6 Pcs Garlic cloves 
  • 1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Soy sauce 
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh basil
  • 3 tsp Dried thyme
  • 3 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/3 tsp Pepper 
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Tartar Sauce

  • 1-1/2 tbsp Green onion
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 
  • 3/4 tsp Badia Dill Weed
  • 1/3 tsp Paprika 
  • 3/4 tsp Ground mustard
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp Pepper 

Instructions
 

  • In small dish mix Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, butter, garlic, cloves, basil, dried thyme, curry powder, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture on salmon slices and after coating pack in the air tied plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • In another bowl mix all ingredients for tartar sauce and chill it, we will use it on serving time.
  • After 30 minutes take out marinade salmon fish slices from the plastic bags and dry them with paper towel. Now Salmon is ready for grilling, Place the salmon skin on top of grill rack and polish both sides of slices with cooking oil.
  • Grill Salmon slices on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, check it with fork if its flakes easily it’s mean your fish is ready. Now serve it with tartar sauce.
