- 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast Skinless & boneless
- 1 lbs Beef Tenderloin Small Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Snow Peas
- 1 lbs Shrimps
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Baby Corn
- 1 CUP Broccoli
- 1.5 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
- 1.5 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1.5 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Stock Less Sodium
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
Take a small bowl and combine Five Spice Power, Oyster Sauce,Soy Sauce and the chicken stock with cornstarch. place aside.
Cut the beef, chicken breast and shrimps into small pieces alsochopped snow peas, baby corn, bell pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp peanut oil and coat the pan with oil. Once frying pan is lightly smoking add beef and chicken pieces and cook them for 2 minutes and then add shrimps and cook additional 3 minutes. Now add chopped vegetables and stir-fry more for 3 minutes.
Now add all sauces mixture which was you prepared earlier and mix everything also add sugar and chicken stock, Now cook it for more few minutes but on medium heat until sauces become more thicker.
Turn off the heat and enjoy your delicious Triple Delight Chinese with your favorite noodles or steam rice.
